David “Butch” Hoyt is a retired Account Executive and is also retired from the United States Air Force.  Over those 40 some odd years, he held a variety of roles, all specializing in management of complex deliverables and in turn led hundreds of people supporting those activities.


Raised in Conway County, Butch now manages a small cattle operation with his wife Kay on their farm in Perry County.  Additionally, he serves his community as a Justice of the Peace District 7, as a board member of the Perry County Cattlemen’s Association, as a board member of the Perry County Farm Bureau, and as Treasurer of the CAIA board.


Butch received his Bachelor of Science in Education graduating summa cum laude from Wayland Baptist University and later received a Master of Arts in Business Administration from Bowie State University.
