​Dr. Bradley is an Internationally known Small Business Consultant.  He served as a Certified Counselor & Mentor of SCORE (Service Corp of Retired Executives) and has received numerous United States Small Business Administration Awards throughout his career.  Bradley has served as a National President of five different Small Business groups and International President of the International Council for Small Business.  Since 1971 he has been the President of a Small Business Consulting Firm and is currently serving as the Chair of the Central Arkansas Intermodal Authority.  Dr. Bradley retired from the University of Central Arkansas after 33 ½ years serving as the Founding Executive Director of the Small Business Advancement National Center and Professor of Marketing and was honored with the title of Distinguished Professor Emeritus of Marketing.
He has served the economic development community for over forty years as a Small Business Institute Director and a private consultant for numerous economic development projects, both internationally and domestically.
