​Donnie Crain is an economic development professional with over 25 years of experience in community development, economic development and tourism.

Raised in Perry County, Donnie now serves as the President/CEO of the Morrilton Area Chamber of Commerce, Perry County Chamber of Commerce, and the Conway County Economic Development Corporation. He previously worked in related roles in Arkansas and Oklahoma.

Donnie received a Bachelor of Science in Geography graduating summa cum laude from the University of Central Arkansas and received a Master of Public Administration from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.  A military veteran, Donnie retired from the Arkansas Army National Guard in 2017 after 27½ years of service.
