Harold Hill lives in Perryville, Arkansas, and is one of the board members of the Central Arkansas Regional Transportation Authority. He works for Perry County as the floodplain administrator and is married to Mary Kay Hill. He lives in Perry County and has raised four children in the area. Two of his children and their families still make Perry County their home. He graduated from Arkansas Tech College in 1965 and graduated from Perryville High School in 1960. He served as a chairman of the Cherry Hill Public Facilities Board. He is very interested in the growth of central Arkansas and feels that the Intermodal Authority can make a difference in Perry and Conway Counties’ future. He has worked in corporate, private, and public fields of business. Local jobs are essential in order to keep our young adults in our communities. We need to be proactive in creating future work and business opportunities for all of our residents.
