​Donnie Crain is an economic development professional with over 25 years of experience in community development, economic development and tourism. Raised in Perry County, Donnie now serves as the President/CEO of the Morrilton Area Chamber of Commerce and the Conway County Economic Development Corporation. He previously worked in related roles in Arkansas and Northeastern Oklahoma. Donnie received a Bachelor of Science in Geography graduating summa cum laude from the University of Central Arkansas and received a Master of Public Administration from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.  A military veteran, Donnie retired from the Arkansas Army National Guard in 2017 after 27½ years of service.
