A longtime resident of Perry County, Toby Davis resides in Houston Arkansas with his wife of 25 years, the former Pamela Black. They have two sons, Cody and Clayton. He graduated from Bigelow High School in 1991. He attended Arkansas State University in Beebe where he studied animal science. He is an Iraqi War veteran, former meat cutter, and a cattle farmer.
His political ambitions include six years as a justice of the peace, district 3 in Perry County. Two years as the Perry County Judge, where he currently serves. He also serves as Ex-officio of the Perry county Chamber of Commerce. He serves on the board of the West River Valley Regional Solid Waste District, the West Central Arkansas Planning and Development District. He is also a member of the VFW and the Arkansas Cattleman’s Association.
